The terms of service applies to ordering and receiving a commission from me. You must agree to these terms in order to receive a commission.disclaimer; the quality is worsened due to site size requirements
General
☆ I (the Artist) have a right to refuse commission for any reason☆ These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.
Payment
☆ Payment must be sent after approving the sketch.☆ All prices are in € [EURO] and are non-refundable after work has begun.☆ Accepted payment methods: Ko-fi, Stripe, + PayPal soon...
Process & Turnaround
☆ I will provide work-in-progress (WIP) updates at major stages (e.g., sketch, color).☆ Turnaround time is typically within a month after money is recieved but may vary depending on complexity and workload.☆If you need the art in specific deadline, please discuss beforehand.
Usage & Rights
☆ You may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., profile pictures, printing for yourself, social media posts with CREDIT).☆ Commercial use (e.g., selling prints, merchandise, promoting a product or business) is NOT allowed unless explicitly agreed upon and paid for (usually at a higher rate).☆ I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio, on social media, and as commission examples.☆ I will not resell or reuse your exact commissioned piece for others.
File Delivery & Format
☆ Final artwork will be delivered as PNG via email, Google Drive or Discord☆ I do not provide raw files (e.g., layered PSDs).☆ I can provide you a version without background (transparent PNG) if you request.
Other
☆ Let me know in advance if you'd like the commission to remain private (not posted online).☆ My artwork may not be used for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related purposes.
